As a follow up to my last post, I felt like I should show off my current garden. No, not the green out the window, just the two little plants inside.
On the left is cilantro, which I have been using in my homemade salsa and enchiladas. To the right, mint! Every night Caleb and I grab a glass of our Nitz brewed ice tea and throw a few of these leaves in. I don’t know what its like to be addicted to coffee, but my craving for this mint tea seems to get pretty close.
I can’t guarantee these will be alive for a long time, but I’m trying my hardest. I can tell you that if the mint plant doesn’t make it, I will be buying a new one the next day. Seriously, addicted.
